Just the Farm
Start with 17 acres of flexible open space and an additional 17 acres of on-site parking. Bring your own vendors, build your own layout, and turn the space into the event you have in mind.
It could be a company gathering, a festival, a fundraiser, or something we haven’t seen before. That’s the beauty of having room to work with.

The Farm + Attractions
Give your guests the Brown’s experience. We’ll open and staff our attractions, activities, and animal experiences. This option also includes electricity, kitchen access for your caterer, and an air-conditioned restroom trailer.
C
The Full Brown’s Experience
Add food and beverage service to Option B. We’ll work with you on the menu and open the Brown’s food locations that make sense for your event, whether you’re planning a full meal, drinks, desserts, or a little of everything.

Our covered performance stage, PA system, and pavilions give you options for presentations, live entertainment, meals, and places for guests to gather. Tell us what you want to do, and we’ll help you put the space to work.
